  I HIGHLY do NOT recommend even considering University View as an option for housing. Terrible management and staff. Before signing my lease we were offered a wonderful promotional offer that I was happy to take, but my lease was cancelled by the View for some reason. Every time I asked why it was cancelled I was given a different reason, although I signed every document in person after touring, with confirmation from the employee (Robel). I should've realized from this moment that I was dealing with scam artists. Insane utility bills every month, even if you think you're conserving electricity you'll be paying around the same amount every month. No control over water bill because it is total for the building divided by each unit (terrible idea)! No explanation as to why our utilities cost so much either. Maintenance staff will randomly enter your apartment with no heads up (happened to me last week!). Internet is god awful, 90% of the time I'm unable to do my school work because the connection is too poor! Takes forever for staff to process packages so even if something you ordered from Amazon says delivered, don't expect to receive your package for another few days.
