  Tammy Counts' State Farm office has provided us with extraordinary service for over 12 years. They have been a part of every major milestone in our lives. We started with Renters' Coverage and Auto Insurance when we first got married and quickly added Homeowners' when we purchased our first home. Over the years, we've added a Personal Articles Policy to cover heirloom jewelry, my engagement ring, and other significant items, a Monthly Disability Policy to cover our mortgage if anything would prevent us from doing so, Health Insurance to supplement our coverage from work, Long Term Care to protect when we are old and most importantly Life Insurance. I hope one day we'll need a boat policy!! Because things often change, Tammy sits down with us once a year and reviews these policies. Over the years, we have had to use our insurance. In 2003, Hurricane Isabel sent a tree crashing through the back half of our house. Tammy and her staff walked us through the entire claim handling process. Later the following year, we had a devastating break in and theft. Again, Tammy and her staff were always available to answer questions and hold our hands through the process. Knowing that I have Tammy and her office only a phone call away, gives me a great sense of security.
