  My daughter relocated to the Mazza Grande Marc in June. It is now September and she has had to put in a work order for air conditioning that doesn't work on a weekly basis since June. She has spoken with maintenance, a manager and the general manager. Why is it that she and her roommate pay so much rent and they cannot get results? After 11 times since June and it is the end of September, one would hope that they would offer them another unit to live in. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE BASED ON THER LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED TO THEIR TENANTS. By the way she was told that there was something more wrong with the air conditoning in her appartment but they keep patching and fixing on iit. It will work for 2-3 days then break again. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! I am now trying to follow the chain of command and find the individual above the General Manager that may assist in getting some results. So don't tell me to contact the manager or general manager because they have been of NO HELP. Give me someone else to speak with!!! Oh and she received another bill regarding overage in electricity...could it be related to the lack of air conditioning and needing to run the ceiling fan? Who knows.? This has been an awful experience thus far. Let's hope that this problem is not linked to the heat in the apartment since we are fast approaching the fall and winter months.
